January 25, 2008-    STRONG SHOWING AT DAYTONA SEASON OPENER

May 19, 2007-    12th PLACE FINISH IN INAUGURAL RACE

After a full winter of preparation and building a new race car and team from the ground up, Project Motorsports had a chance to show what they could do at the 2007 U.S. Sportscar Invitational at Laguna Seca.  Despite some challenges with the car, the team battled and managed to put together a very competitive car.  Drivers Derek DeBoer and Tom Smurzynski drove a very clean race running as high as 5th place at one point and pulled off a very positive 12th place finish.  Some heads were definitely turned as the rookie team put together a very impressive weekend.

2007-    GRAND-AM KONI CHALLENGE ENTRY

There is a lot going on right now at Project Motorsports.  The finishing touches are coming along on their Grand-AM Chevrolet Cobalt SS they will be entering in the May 19th race at Laguna Seca.  More information to come soon.
